Zhi Neng Qi Gong practice Qi – Breath Exercise

智能健身呼吸操是非常合理而且有效的健身方法。它共分三节。

首先对习练者姿势的要求如下:

Zhi Neng(intelligent) Qi Gong health breath exercise is very good and effective breath 

healthy way, there are three parts, the postures show below:

1.端身正坐,两脚与肩同宽,平铺在地面上,百会上领,下颏回收,两眼轻轻闭合,腰向前塌,脊柱伸直,全身自然放松。(这个身形要求非常重要)

1, straight legs sit down, upright body, feet same width as shoulders, Du20 pull to sky, chin slightly hold inside, eyes slightly close, lower back slightly bend forward, straight spine, relax whole body(very important)

2.两手胸前合十,拇指、中指、无名指、小指内敛于掌心,食指向上,形成混元剑指诀。
Close hands Pc8 to Pc8 in front of chest, thumb,middle finger,ring finger and little finger close to Pc8, only index finger to sky, this is HUNYUAN sword hand seal.

第一节 混元剑指诀上举至鼻,左食指轻抵左鼻孔,右食指腹轻点人中穴,作单鼻孔腹式呼吸,首先是右鼻孔吸气,吸气时腹部向外膨胀,呼气时,右手食指松开人中穴移至右鼻孔轻抵,左手食指从左鼻孔移到人中穴轻点,然后将右鼻孔吸进之气,从左鼻孔中呼出,呼气时腹部自然内收将腹中之气呼尽,然后随着吸气与呼气两手食指进行左右更换。
First part: HunYuan sword hand seal up to nose level, use the left index finger slightly point left nose hole,right index finger slightly point the Du26, use single nose hole stomach inhale, first right nose hole inhale, inhale stomach swell out, exhale, right index finger slightly touch right nose hole, left index finger slightly touch Du26, use right nose hole inhale, use left nose hole exhale, exhale stomach shrink inside, exhale should total run out the stomach air, then inhale again, use this way to breath and alternate left and right index finger positions.

第二节 两手食指指法与第一节相同,但一个吸气分三次或五次完成,一个呼气分分三次或五次呼出,无论吸气或呼气都是短而有力,就好像腹部里面开、开、开或者是合、合、合。(初学者的一个吸气可以少吸气,一个呼气也可以少呼气)
Second part: same as the hand seal, but the inhale should 3-5 parts to finish, and exhale should 3-5 parts to finish;inhale 1-inhale 2 – inhale 3..finish; exhale 1- exhale 2 – exhale 3..finishs.The somach inhale should open1,open2,open3..finish; the stomach exhale should close1, close2,close3..finish,(for beginner each part inhale should breath in little air, each part exhale should breath out little air).

第三节 右手掌心敷于肚脐,左手拇指和食指轻抵迎香穴,捏住鼻孔,向上轻推鼻脥骨,拇指、食指松开的同时用力吸气,然后呼气,呼气时左手向下慢慢导引至下丹田,然后两手相互交换。(初学者可以不用力吸气或呼气,自然呼吸即可)
Third part: right palm Pc8 touch Ren8, left hand thumb and index finger slightly touch Li20, hold and close nose holes, slightly push up the nose bone, relax thumb and index finger open the nose holes then inhale forcely, then exhale, during exhale, the left hand slowly lead the air to lower Dantian, then the same movement both hands alternate do it(biginner should not breath too forcely, naturely is good).

以上三节,均为顺腹式呼吸。本呼吸操是根据混元功诀“混元一五行,无形亦有形,中寓阴阳造化机,开合聚散万物生”编创的,它结合了现代科学、医学、传统中医学以及气功科学知识,展示了人体生命科学,从而使人在很短时间内身体获得健康,益寿延年。
The above three parts, all stomach breath, it is based on the Hun Yuan(original mixed universe Qi), five elements, mixed shaped and unshaped energy, it means yin and yang energy exchanging and turning, open and close of the energy born the universe living things, it combined science knowledge, medical knowledge, and TCM with Qi Gong science knowledge, shows human being life science knowledge, it help human being get health and long life energy during a limited time.
