简化二十四式太极八卦掌

Chinese internal martial arts can use yin yang symbols to be presented.

 ‎1, Xingyi Quan the yin yang opposite fight as one line; 2, Taiji Quan the yin yang opposite turning as balance; 3, Bagua Zhang the yin yang turning as one united.

So, from this three maps we can figure out the Chinese internal martial arts' fajin techniques are different each other. 1, Xingyi Quan fajin is yi+qi+li together as one united in whole body on a directly straight way go out, very powerful. 2, Tai Chi Quan fajin is relax and sink qi to lower dantian to get back force with Hua and Na then yi+qi+li together as one united as BaoFaLi to the limbs to push out in an arc line power. 3, Ba Gua Zhang is use body spine vertical as a central axis use yi+qi+li together as one united to turn out the power of centrifugal force or opposite the power of centripetal force.

Five element of Xing Yi five forms fist(Wu Xing quan): Pi quan is metal energy like a axe to cut, Beng quan is wood energy like a tree's branch use elastic power, Zuan quan like water energy always has space to attack the enemy, Pao quan is like cannon ball is fire energy, Heng quan is earth energy. And I believe the Bagua Zhang is above the basic of XingYi Santishi go circle moving style.

                       Practise Tai Chi as Ba Gua is a new way to health

Usually people practice 24-form Tai Chi is on a straight line, this is very good for beginner and easier to practice, but if you practice in a circle line like Ba Gua, that is an enhance. 

Practice Tai Chi as Ba Gua is very good for whole body's Qi and Blood cycle. for example the form of "Ye Ma Fen Zhong"(part the wild horse's mane), use one hand's Pc9 focus the other arm's Ht3 is very good for Qi move in Ht and Pc meridians cycle. The form of "Bai He Liang Chi"(white crane spreads its wings) use one hand's Li4 focus Gb8, and the other hand's Li4 focus St36, this form is very good for Qi move in Gb and St cycle, and the form of "Shou Hui Pi Pa"(Playing the lute) use one hand's Li4 focus the other arm's Ht3 is good for Qi move in Li and Ht meridians' cycle. All the forms should practice during a Ba Gua cycle.
