Meditation is the techniques of the practitioner go into deep focus to pure stream of consciousness or empty mind. Meditation is the human mind(spirit or yuan shen which is before birth spirit energy) exercise under a comfortable, quiet, relax and smooth body postures or movements condition. Meditation is the way for practitioner to build up body spirit Qi connect to the unlimited universe spirit energy or signal energy to create the fresh power for brain to comprehension or understand the truth of human life intelligent. 

什么是冥想?

冥想是修行者进入深度纯净意识流或意识空无状态的意识修炼技法。冥想是人的意识(包括元神或灵魂)处于一种放松舒适的状态或舒畅的肢体姿势或动作状态。冥想是修炼者接通身体灵气与无限宇宙灵魂能量或信息能量,从而建立产生鲜活的头脑思维力或悟性来体解宇宙人生的真谛而产生智慧。
